How much does a snagging inspection cost?
Snagging prices in Dubai depend on three things: property type, size (square feet / bedrooms) and location. The ranges below are indicative starting points — you’ll always get a fixed quote before you book.
Studio / 1-Bed Apartment

A studio, a 6-bed villa and a warehouse need very different scopes of work, time and equipment — so type is the biggest single driver of price.
Size (sq ft / bedrooms)
Larger homes mean more rooms, more systems and longer on-site time. Pricing scales with built-up area and bedroom count.
Location / emirate
Where the property sits — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain or Fujairah — can affect travel and scheduling, and is factored into your quote.
Add-on services
Optional extras such as thermal imaging, advanced MEP testing, pool leak detection or a 360° tour are added to the base inspection only if you need them.
Re-inspection
If you want us to return and verify the developer’s fixes (de-snagging), that visit is quoted separately or bundled into a package.
