How these are priced
Snagging bundles are priced by property size, exactly as the table above. Stage packages are quoted per project, based on scope and how many gates your programme needs. Weekly and Owner’s Representative packages are quoted monthly for the duration of the works. Send us your contractor’s programme and we will tell you which weeks actually matter.
One thing worth saying plainly
We do not carry out renovation or repair work of any kind, and we take no referral fees from contractors. Nothing in our reports is a sales pitch for our own services — which is the entire point of hiring someone independent.
