Services Overview

Dubai Property Snagging ® offers:

Property snagging and inspection services for villas, apartments and buildings
Digital snagging reports via certified inspection software
Collaboration with developers, real estate agents and homeowners
De-snagging and post-handover inspection support

All services are subject to availability and prior appointment confirmation.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form.
Once confirmed, clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.
Last-minute cancellations, meaning less than 24 hours' notice, may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfers, cash and approved online payments.
In the case of non-payment or delay, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the report.
Discounts, if any, must be approved in writing before service delivery.

Snagging Report and Limitations

The inspection report reflects the condition of the property at the time of inspection.
Our reports are based on visual, non-invasive inspections using industry-standard methods.
We are not liable for hidden or future defects that were not visible at the time of inspection.
Clients are encouraged to review the report in detail and request clarification if needed.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate property details and grant access at the agreed time.
Review the snagging report within 48 hours and communicate any concerns.
Refrain from modifying, redistributing or copying our reports without consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including reports, templates, logos and images, is the intellectual property of Dubai Property Snagging ® or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in conducting inspections, Dubai Property Snagging ® is not liable for:

Any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or reports.
Any decisions made by third parties, including developers, landlords and agents, based on our report.
Any cost incurred due to missed or incomplete repairs after inspection.

Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
