Do I need to be at the property during the inspection?

No. Many clients, including overseas buyers, are not present. We coordinate access with the developer or your agent and send the full report, with an optional 360° virtual tour.

Do DEWA and utilities need to be connected?

Yes. DEWA, AC and gas should be connected so every system can be tested properly.

How do I pay?
